How do you want to extract it? What are you going to do with it?
What version of Outlook? At the basic level, you can copy everything to another calendar or create a view with the fields you need, then copy and paste. But there may be better ways, depending on how you are working with it. ![]() Hi Diane, I am creating an Add-in for Outlook in Vb.net . I need to read the meetings between a given duration from a shared calendar. I will give the shared calendar names ( around 20) with time and i need to know which all calendars and free and which all are busy at that specific time. I already tried to read the calendars in a loop and its taking a lot of time to read each calendar.so i wanted to know if there is a faster way of doing this. I am using outlook 2003. ~ Sindhura On Jan 18, 7:32*pm, "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: How do you want to extract it? *What are you going to do with it? What version of Outlook? Try the program_vba group for help with programming - someone there should
be able to help. If its not listed on the server you're using, go to http://www.microsoft.com/communities....program_v ba -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "sindhura" wrote in message ...
