60 minutes before start in Outlook calendar
 

I want the option to set a longer period than 15 minutes to be reminded
before next meeting.
Additional of snoozing until 15 minutes before, I would like be able to
choose both 30 and 60 minutes.

Use the pulldown to select the desired interval.

you can select any time you want - or type a time into the field.
