421 Message Rejected
 

I'm trying to send invoices for my business via a accounting program.
Eveytime I try to email the invoices i get a message 421 Message Rejected.

Can you please help so I can fix this problem and email the invoices instead
of having to print 500 of them?

Many ISPs set a limit as to the number of recipients to per message to
prevent spam. You may be exceeding it. Contact them to find out the limit.

The message is coming from your mail service's SMTP mail server.

Often there is more to the message explaining why the message was
rejected.

If some go through and then you get the error, it's likely you have
exceeded the message sending limit for your mail service. This is to
prevent spamming. The mail service my up your limit if you are a long
time customer and a responsible mailer. Contact them.
