What shall I do to correct the situation? TIA CK Two reasons it could be happening. One is that you are reading in plain text and the senders are using HTML. Or (more likely if it is all messages) your AV application is scanning all mail. Using AVG? Email scanning is not necessary and can cause lots of problems. Disable it. Your AV will kick in if you even try to open and infected mail. -- Kath Adams MS MVP - Windows (Outlook Express) |
