OE doesn't save password
 

I had to reinstall everything on my computer and now OE won't save my
password. I am required to enter it each time I open OE. I have the box
checked to save the password but it is not working. I have tried deleting
my account and then setting it up again. My internet is always connected.
How can I change this?
