I work in IT support and have a number of sites where we run Outlook Express
in a multi user environment. Recently I am finding that the Inbox has emptied for no apparent reason. We have tried using OE only on the server, we have disabled our Anti virus from scanning e-mails (this is covered by our mail server), we are keeping on top of housekeeping. I can recover the messages by using DBXtract and all is well until a few days later and the same thing happens. The users are getting fed up with this and I find that the majority of my time is spent recovering mail that was there "a few minutes ago". Does anyone else suffer from this problem? Any ideas on how I can stop this from happening? I will be very grateful for any advice. |
