Hi MartaM,

Only those who had a free Hotmail account before the cut-off date in late
September, 2004 and have kept their account active have a chance to use OE.
AFAIK, this is still the case. Premium MSN Hotmail accounts are available,
however, that allow the use of Outlook Express. Eventually it is expected
access for all free (Hotmail) accounts will be discontinued.

OK. I need to clarify. If you are just asking who can, then I can. If you
are asking if you can; that depends. If you haven't done it before Sept.,
2004, or haven't kept the account current that could before that date, then
you can't. Not that I am special, I just kept that account current all
those years.

I can, but then I've had my account since before September 2004 and kept
it active.
