Spamkiller - slightly OT
I'm looking for suggestions for a Spamkiller prog that works independently
of OE ... I was using McAfee Spamkiller 2.9 which worked in the background, on its own, and then let you decide what to rescue/let through etc and into OE .. it suited me although it was 2 separate operations The latest McAfee Spamkiller integrates with OE and "takes over" which is not what I want. Thanks RG |

Two come to mind: K9: http://keir.net/k9.html POPFile: http://popfile.sourceforge.net/ Both are proxies, which interpose between MS Outlook Express and the POP3 server. There may be problems because MSOE doesn't always play well with proxies. -- Norman ~Oh Lord, why have you come ~To Konnyu, with the Lion and the Drum |
