I need to send the same email to hundreds of people over the next few weeks.
Each email will have a different attachment. I want to make a "form" email that I can call up, insert the attachment and address, and send. Anything I try dissappear after the first use. There has to be an easy way to do this. Help! Thanks |

Create the message and then File | Save As. Select the Desktop and save as a
..txt file using the drop down arrow. When you want to send the message, simply click on the icon that was created on the Desktop and add the attachment. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Suanne Lippman" wrote in message ... Bruce,
Txt doesn't work for me. I would save as eml. Click on the saved eml file, fill in the address, add the attachment, and send. You can drag the attachment to the message composition window. This may be faster than using File, Insert. -- Ron Sommer "Bruce Hagen" wrote in message ... Create the message and then File | Save As.
