Help: Address Book stopped working
My Windows XP Professional SP2 has Automatic Updates switched on. After
installing Outlook Express security update KB911567, my Address Book in Outlook Express stops functioning. I have twice rolled the updates back through Windows restore (in which case the Adress Book functions again). However, if I attempt to deinstall the update from the Control Panel, there are quite a few other updates that will be affected. |
Address Book stopped working
Go ahead and uninstall it. There is no other choice until MS fixes the patch
for the fix they created for something that did not need fixing in the first place.
