for a long time my incoming e-mails have been received into Outlook Express
which is what I want. Ocasionally a few and today about 90% of them have gone
into Microsoft Outlook. How do I stop this happening and make sure that all
the e-mails go into Outlook Express?

Do not open Outlook or set it to not poll for mail on opening or to leave a
copy of the messages on the server when it does do polling. To ask
