Save a draft as .eml to a non OE folder doesn't save in draft form any more

Your problem may be caused by the update KB911567 introduced on 4/11/06. Try
removing it as per this link and see if the problem persists.

Hi Barry:

As Bruce said, it's caused by the install of KB911567, so I'd recommend
using Control Panel to remove it. How's married life and the grandkids
coming along?
