OE 6 Stationary Not Showing When Msg Prints
 

I have put my firm's letterhead into a stationary that looks great when
viewed in the editor or read frame, but is invisible in the preview fram and
does not print. Help! How do I make the letterhead/stationary show up on the
printed message? Thanks!

Is OE set to read all messages in plain text?

Hi Sarah,

In Internet Explorer check Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab ... Print
(item) to see if Print Background Colors and Images is selected. This might
be the problem.

No, the box for "Read All Messages in Plain Text" is not checked. Any other
ideas? Thanks for your help, Sarah
