Duplicate Emails W/Attch's
 

Hi:

I have a friend who when he sends emails with attachments with Outlook
Express 6 it duplicates sending them. He has tried turning off his anti
virus program, but OE continues to duplicate sending.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Duplicated or broken into multiple messages? Look under Tools/Accounts -
Mail tab and double click the account involved, then click the Advanced tab
and look at the section for sending and make sure the box *is not* checked
to "break apart messages larger than xxx KB."

If that's not the cause, then shut down Outlook Express, do a file search
for Outbox.dbx (a hidden file, so you will have to alter the search to
include searching for hidden files) and delete it since it most likely is
corrupted. See the following for advice on file corruption in the DBX
