How 2 set up Yahoo mail in OE6 rather than going 2 webmail
I would like to use OE6 to retrieve all of my email but I can't seem to find
out the parameters to set up my yahoo.com email address in Outlook Express so that I can receive it in OE rather than having to go on to the web to get it in their webmail version of an email inbox. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you. |

Yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.es, yahoo.de, etc. you don't have to pay. You do have to activate it at the Yahoo web site, though. A |

Patti,
If you download and install !YPops (formally known as YahooPops), you can retrieve mail and send mail through Yahoo. I personally use my ISP's SMTP (outgoing) server. Since it is Comcast, for my Yahoo accts.Read the instructions on how to configure accts first. http://www.ypopsemail.com/ -- Have A Good Day Rich/rerat Add MS to your News Reader: news://msnews.microsoft.com (RRR News) message rule Previous Text Snipped to Save Bandwidth When Appropriate wrote: I would like to use OE6 to retrieve all of my email but I can't seem to find out the parameters to set up my yahoo.com email address in Outlook Express so that I can receive it in OE rather than having to go on to the web to get it in their webmail version of an email inbox.
