Adding contacts to Address Book
I have several large clients at each of which I have numerous contacts.
Much address info is common to all. Is there an easy way to duplicate contacts so as not to have to re-type addresses, fax numbers etc.? |
Adding contacts to Address Book
Hi Frank,
A comma-separated values file with the address information could be edited in Excel or in Notepad. Ouch! A little complicated for me.
I used to have an old DOS address book where you could just hit, like F9 or something & it would duplicate an entire entry and you could just edit what you wanted. Nothing like this here, huh?
