Is there any way to add an icon for Internet Accounts in the Control Panel
(for Outlook Express) similar to the Mail icon that gets installed there when you install Outlook (MS Office)? |

Do you mean the MAIL item in Control Panel?

If someone knows of a command line that will bring up the Outlook Express
