Can't open single email
 

I have been unable to open up one single email message I received from a
reputable emailer. Every time I click on it things freeze and I must go to
control alt delete to get out of it. How can I delete this message?

That usually indicates that the message contains a virus or has errors
in the scripting, HTML, etc.

One thing to try is Tools, Options, Read, Read All messages in Plain
text. You should be able to safely read the message with the HTML or
scripting being activated.

If that still has problems, you can turn of the Preview Pane (View,
Layout), then select the message and Right click select Properties,
Details, Message Source you should be able to read the message text.
