Error: Address book failing to operate. Not configured properl.Re

Hello. (I use XP home Edition.) I have rebooted Outlook 6 as requested by
the error message, several times but my address book is unoperational still.
Configuration problems is what I am being told. Can anyone help? I would be
most grateful. Thank-you, Ed
