Hi,
I have recently had my computer serviced (after blowing the hard drive, and
mother board) and now find that I am unable to access my account using my
existing password.

Contact your ISP and ask them to reset the password and also make sure you
have the right settings in OE under Tools/Accounts - Mail tab for the
account involved.
