Try this (IE/OE closed).
Start - Run - Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) in the box - Ok.
See: http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#12

Cliquez sur Démarrer, cliquez sur Exécuter, tapez regsvr32 ole32.dll, dans
la zone Ouvrir et cliquez sur OK.
Si est cette opération réussi, le message suivant s'affiche :
DllRegisterServer dans ole32.dll a réussi.
