when I check my email I sometime get a blank page with no emails even though
it is downloading new messages. The following error 2004

Look in the Event Viewer for added info about the error. Or check with this
source:

To open the Event Viewer, right click the "My Computer" icon, selecting
Manage, then click Event Viewer and search for added info about your error.
