Default Can I disable OE

My daughter has an email account that she has accessed on my computer using
OE6, but now she has another PC and she has set it up with OE to access her
email from it. She wants to keep her old messages available on my PC for
awhile, but doesn't want it to connect and get new messages each time she
looks at it.

How can I set this up?

thanks in advance

Just open Outlook Express, click Tools/Accounts - Mail tab and locate and
delete her old account. The stored messages she has will remain intact but
there will be no further downloading since you've deleted that account.
