Toolbar Icons Missing
I'm trying to help a friend whose toolbar icons have disappeared. Now he is
having to always use the File, View, Tools, Message dropdown menus. I right clicked on the tan toolbar area where there is a choice of Toolbar or Views Bar. Then I checked the Toolbar option, but it won't provide the toolbar and the Toolbar option won't stay checked. I have updated his virus protection and ran it. I ran a registry cleaning program on his computer, but still no luck in returning the icons. What else can we try? |
