Outlook Express 6.0
 

Problem adding photo to outgoing e-mail.

1. I click on Create mail, enter the information To and Subject and start
the e-mail.
2. I click on Insert and Picture, Browse, and add the photo from My
Pictures file on my computer.
3. The pop-up box to add the photo freezes and I am not able to close it.
4. I am unable to continue with my e-mail, or add any photos.
5. I use Control, Alt, Delete to exit Outlook Express.
6. I start the above process again and have the same problem.

I am not having this problem with adding photos to other applications, i.e.
Word.
Just, Outlook Express.

I appreciate all your help with this problem.

Outlook Express 6.0
 

You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main
Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it.
If all is well, you can import your messages from the old identity and
delete it.
