Print Preferences are Reset When Reopening OE

This may not be an OE issue, so please redirect if needed.

2 XP User Accounts and 1 OE Identity. Both printing email to the same
printer. Orientation section of Layout tab of Printer Preferences (via
Control Panel | Printers | select the printer ... then Printer |
Printing preferences) shows PORTRAIT button clicked on.

No problem with one XP User, email prints in Portrait.

Other XP User :
1. Opens email
2. File | Print
3. Select desired printer
4. Click Preferences
5. Click PORTRAIT in Orientation section of Layout tab
6. email prints fine
BUT when this user closes OE and re-opens it, the printer preferences are
RESET BACK to LANDSCAPE... not PORTRAIT. So user must repeat steps 1 - 6
above each time they open OE.

Any way User 2 can retain the PORTRAIT setting?

It would be a Windows XP question for that newsgroup and was answered in you
other post.
