We recently had to reformat our hard drive. Before we did, we saved the OE
address book to a jump drive. We checked it to make sure it was in the drive
before we reformatted. Now we are unable to open up the data on the jump
drive.

Copy it back to your hard drive, right click it and remove the "read
only" attribute.
Then try the import again.
