how do you re-install OE?
Since I can't open attachments, I am concluding that OE must be corrupt.
What is the procedure for re-installing and will I lose my store files and address book? |

These links show how to backup and restore OE. The process is the same for transferring to a new computer, which would be the same as a new HDD. Review them and you may find where you went wrong. If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the factory, you will have to remove SP2 first. Go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity.
