Odette, we really need error messages and numbers to be of much help. The
only thing I can recommend at this time is to disable your anti-virus and
firewall programs to see if they may be causing the problem.

There could be many reasons for this to happen, you need to explain a bit
more about what happens when you try to send email. Taking a wild guess it
is probably because you have a setting wrong somewhere. Your ISP can help
with settings but if that's who I think it is their website is determined to
make this as awkward as possible (You'd think they have to answer the phone
or something).

http://support.cox.com/sdcxuser/asp/cox_welcome.asp might help, it looks
like that might be your ISP, but please post back with at least an idea of
what the error message says.
