Default Can it be done ??

How would you add a animated .gif to your signature so that it inserts the
picture when you click on insert picture on a new e-mail.

You have to create a small HTML file in Notepad and save it with the
extension of HTM or HTML, then in Outlook Express, Tools/Options/Signatures,
point to the saved HTML file for your signature. Below is a sample code you
can modify to add your own image filepath and desired text for your
signature.

HTMLHEAD
/HEADFONT size=3
BODY bgColor=#ffffff background=""
DIVType in your desired signature/DIV
DIVIMG alt="" hspace=0
src="Insert complete filepath to your desired image within the quotes"
align=baseline border=0/DIV/BODY/HTML/FONT
