100% CPU when I start Outlook Express

Hi when I try to start outlook express CPU usage is 100% and the program will
not start. Can someone help

Disable any antivirus software and see if that helps. If not then see point
7 here (www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7) and try deleting folders.dbx (hidden).
If that doesn't work, then move all the dbx files to another directory and
see if it will start then.
