Speaking of E-Mail Bloat:
I'm cleaning things up a bit this weekend.
I use myriad personal folders Local Folders for business. I do research,
publishing, and graphics which means there is a lot in many of these
folders.

How about, instead of keeping all of ABC Company's mail in the same folder,
I create subfolders under the company for each editor and contributor. This
means less mail in each folder. But with all of them "under" the company
folder, does OE consider the ABC Company folder bloated because it contains
all these other folders?

Each subfolder has its own dbx file, so you can have as many as you want.
Just be sure to keep them under 100MB each.
