after going wireless with a dlink router i cant send or receive mail -
password is rejected

110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

BT changed account settings and passwords several times before suggesting i
need to reinstall.

Is this really necessary or are there any other fixes available
Thanks

First, I'd check if the problem is present when you connect the computer
directly to the internet using an Ethernet cable. If it works correctly in
that situation, then your problem is in the router setup. Look at the
settings for DHCP handling to ensure that addresses are being assigned
correctly by the router and reread all the installation and setup
instructions that came with the router.

Try telnetting to the server and see if that works.
