Default Cannot send messages

Hi
I am trying to send a message but I keep getting error box on the screen -'
The connection error to the server has failed account "Symantec Fax starter
edition etc
can you help me.

Also when I set up the account what do I type in where it say service
provider

You have to contact your ISP to determine your User name and password.

Also, you need to remove any email scanning and antispam software from your
antivirus program to get OE to work properly. See
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3
