Thanks in advance

Password for Windows? Password for Outlook Express provided by your ISP
(you have to contact them)? Password for an identity?

Yes the password for Outlook Express provided by my ISP . I notice the
"Parker" I haven't used that for over 5 years. Isn't
there someway through the control panel to edit this stuff? Thanks for your
reply.

No, because if you attempt to change it, you'll be unable to contact your
ISP. Try giving them a call or use their website if they have one and ask
them to reset your password which will normally be sent to you via email.
Some will allow you to change it via their website.
