OE not sending pictures
 

When I try to forward or send a picture or annamation out of my e-mail a pop
up message comes up and says"one or more of the pictures cannot be found do
you want to send anyway" in OE, I went to tools, options, send, mail sending
format, and the box is checked that says send pictures with messages.

It could be your antispam program. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

Also, forwarding of messages with images sometimes won't work depending on
the program that was the original messaging program, as some are not
compliant with being forwarded. With such messages try Message | Forward as
attachment.
