Default Incoming Mail server changes every time I re-boot???

For the last few days, each time I re-boot my pc the incoming mail server
changes to 127.0.01 instead of the correct one. I have tried system restore,
checked windows updates, deleted my e-mail account and added it in again, all
to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? If so please let me know if
you were able to cure it.
