Windows Mail in Vista

New to rying outlook exprees/windows mail. Am having much difficulty
importing everything froim my .msn address. Obviously, I am unfamiliar with
how to address the incoming and outgoing (POP3 and SMTP) any help? I reall
want to try and to learn all of these neat things now. thanks, Dave
