Microsoft Outlook email - oe6 comes up in spanish!

oe6 comes up in spanish!

my spell checker is on spanish!

i have checked the language settings in control panel, all are set on english,
i changed the language under oe6 options back to english but reverts to spanish!
any clues?

Do you have a Spanish-language version of MS Office installed?

Are you running a Spanish-language version of WinXP?
