I am not a Cox user, so I don't have access to their web mail
configuration. It would be a useful feature, if it works along the lines
of my mail server. AT&T Yahoo! HSI, Comcast, and most other ISPs _don't_
offer that option to their users.

On my server for my hobby domain, I can use DNSBLs (I do use Spamhaus,
among others), and transaction rules (check components of the SMTP
transaction, and reject the email when a matching rule is triggered),
but most ISPs won't let their users have that level of access to their
SMTP servers.

I have no contacts in Korea, so any email from a Korean ISP _is_ spam.
These two rules test for the host IP address. Any IP address from
"221.140.0.0" to "221.168.255.255" is trapped, and sent to the "Korea"
section of the rules. The "Korea" section is just a "Delete" rule. All
email from any IP address in that range is automatically deleted.

The regular expression included meta characters, such as the familir
"*", which is part of "wildcards", as well the "+" and the paired "[]".
In the first line, the ".1[45][0-9]." would match whether there was a
".140.", ".141.", and so on, up to ".159".

MSOE can't even come close to that; and I haven't even explored the
Content Checker, another excellent filter in Pegasus Mail.

I would like to create a mail rule that would delete all incoming mail that
is not to my correct email address.

I seem to be getting spam that has addresses very close to mine, but not
exactly the same.

Is there a way to do this?

I have NEVER created a rule before, so you would need to be VERY specific in
how to set it up.

These two rules will eliminate most, but not all since there may be more
than just your address included.

Rule 1:

Where the To or CC line contains people
Delete it from server
Click on Contains People and Add your address
Click on Options and change it to Does Not Contain
Name the Rule

Rule 2:

Where the To or CC lines contains people
Delete it from server
Click on Contains People and Add one-at-a-time all the letters and numbers
that are NOT in your address
Name the rule.

Note that this will also prevent messages sent via BCC or Groups also if you
normally get any.
