Message Rules
I am trying to create a rule so that when I send an email to a
particular addressee, rather than it ending up in the Sent Folder, it goes into a dedicated folder for that person. The problem seems to be that the only wording for creating message rules says "Apply this rule after the message arrives..." when, of course, it isn`t arriving, it`s going! Is there a way round this, please? Thanks Kate |
Message Rules
Hi Kate,
The only way I know how to do what you desire is to create the rule then apply it manually. Like you noticed, it appears, automatic rules only work on incoming messages.
