attachments
Hi, whenever I get an email with an email attachment, I can't open the
attachment. I know it has something to do with the folder options in the control panel but I could use a little more help. also the following article didn't help. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312342/en-us |

Do you get an error message similar as what is in the KB article, or is the
paper clip grayed out? If the former, save the attachment to your HDD. Right click on it and choose Open With. Find an appropriate program and check the box: "Always use this program to open this kind of file". If the paper clip is grayed out: ToolsOptionsSecurity. Uncheck: "Do not allow attachments................." when I open up an .eml attachment it opens in a notebook format. how can I
