A computer has both OE and Outlook 2003. OE is password protected to
start up. When the user opens Outlook, the prompt for OE pops up even without OE being started. How is OE tied into Outlook at that point? |

It's tied in only for reading newsgroups. If you create a news account
in Outlook, Outlook Express is required for that to function since Outlook has no newsreader capability by itself. -- Jim Pickering MVP-Outlook Express/Windows Mail Please reply to newsgroup only so that others may be helped with your feedback.
