I need help getting OE to open - I've tried the other suggestions.
I moved the application data to another location on a different drive using
XSet-Up Pro and moved the application data there. I've have moved the DBX files to a new location out of the application data tree and I still get the 0x8007007E, 126 and the msoe.dll failure to initialize messages. I have un-installed and reinstalled IE several times and the problem persists. I have installed and unistalled XP service pack 2. What am I missing? Thanks Marc |

Does the shortcut used to start OE point to the correct folder? A last resort is to delete the Identities key in the registry.
