Microsoft Outlook email - jpg attachment

The option to reduce size of out going jpg is no longer available
It used to ask the question
make pictures smaller or
keep the original sizes
when right clicking on picture /send to /mail recipient
Can anyone tell me how to retore this option?
Using out look express 6 XP home edition

See if this helps:
Close IE/OE.
Start - Run - type "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll" (without quotes) - OK.
Reboot IE/OE.

If still no joy...
Close IE/OE.
Start - Run - type "regsvr32 /i shell32" (without quotes) - OK.
Start - Run - type "regsvr32 sendmail" (without quotes) - OK.
Reboot IE/OE.
