Hi,
Whenever I start my computer,and try to log onto my E mail page, I get the message as above,then I need to push buttons to enable.Why is this,and what do I do to get rid of it .. Thanks |

It could be that your message store is in need of compacting. Open Outlook
Express, click File/Work Offline and follow that with File/Folders/Compact All Folders and let it run to completion.
