Do you mean delete a message that you posted from the news server?

Message, Cancel Message, is the option that you need to use to remove a
message that you posted from the news servers of the world. In order
for this option to be highlighted, the currently viewed message's From
information must match your current news server settings. If you have
changed your name or e-mail address since posting the message, OE won't
let you select the cancel function.

However, many news servers, including msnews.microsoft.com, ignore or
refuse cancel requests because they are too easy to fake. Also, there
is no guarantee that your cancel request will make it to all the
hundreds or thousands of news servers that got the original post and
would honor the cancel request.
