to all with OE hanging
If you click SEND/RECEIVE, the window will tell you if it is hanging
during the message retreival. I knew it was hanging because my new mail wouldn't send. Mine would hang on a Hotmail account, never my ISP accounts. No one knew in the group so I asked Hotmail. He told me to delete and manually re-add my accounts - which I did - and so far it seems to work. I originally imported them. Maybe importing is an issue with Hotmail accounts.
