Default connection question on switching ID (OE6)

Since a problem with my internet access was sorted by the BT helpdesk by
correcting some of the settings, I get the message asking if I want to keep
the connection open when I switch identity or log out of outlook express. I
would be grateful if someone could tell me how to stop this and allow me to
switch between IDs without this extra step as I like to keep the broadband
always on. I
would rather not just go blindly in and change things in case I make a mess
of it because I have no idea how the settings became incorrect before.

TIA Phian
