Default Guess What ???

Few are as kind in offering help like you do. I think I will stop taking
photos.
It seems my problems (questions) are all related to Photos.
Before posting my question here I tried to get help from Adobe Photoshop,
who sent me an e-mail with a VERY long detailed explanation. I spent hours
trying to follow their instructions. When I called them on the phone, at
first I was told me that the support can be found on their website, when I
told him that I couldn't find it, very reluctantly and rudely, he tried to
walk me thru it. After 10 minutes of making me feel like a complete idiot,
he figured out that support is not offered when one is using a free program,
that after sending me a wild goose chase and without so much as a single
word of apology. Nice!Really Nice!
I would like to thank the gentleman who replied with a very simple reply.
Thanks, I do know how to copy and paste. Yes, I did use the words "Import"
and "Export". Sorry.

Now to another simple question. Could you please tell me where I can find
the place to change the name people see when I send them an e-mail. A simple
reply,please. LOL!
Punky.

Default Guess What ???

Since your message was posted as a new message rather than a reply to an
exsiting thread, most people aren't going to have a clue what you're
talking about. "Photos" and "free programs" aren't obvious topics in a
newsgroup devoted to OE, and the subject line doesn't help.

In response to your current question, go to Tools Accounts Mail tab
and select the account you wish to modify. Click the Properties button.
On the General tab, change the entry in the Name box and click OK.

Default Guess What ???

Choose tools - accounts - and then select the acccount you wish to change.
Click properties and go to the General tab. The 'user information' is what
is displayed on your messages. change it as you wish.

Short enough, eh? g
